All York Housing Association Tenants are encouraged to have a say in the way their homes are run and to have a real influence on the services that we provide. Your involvement is important to us as it helps us to provide the services you want.
Some tenants will want to have more involvement than others and we understand that coming to meetings isn’t everyones cup of tea so we aim to make sure there are a range of opportunities for getting involved. Here are some suggestions:
Newsletter Ideas
We are always looking for ideas and articles for the Newsletter that is produced twice a year. If you have items for inclusion please email them to glennplews@yorkha.org.uk Customer Panel
We have formed our first ever Customer Panel that is made up of volunteer tenants.
