We aim to be an excellent landlord.

The Association's mission is to be an excellent landlord, providing high quality housing and support services, making a positive contribution in the communities with which we work.

All our activities will be conducted according to principles and practivces which reflect the Association's values.

We will:

- Ensure that customers are a driving force behind the business.

- Be pro-active in finding ways to support a diverse range of individuals and local communities.

- Treat all those with whom we are associated equally, fairly and with respect and actively challenge any form of discrimination.

- Use creativity and innovation to achieve continuous improvement.

- Maximise the positive environmental impact of our activities.

- Conduct all our activities professionally, in a context of openness, accessibility, accountability and probity.

We will continue to support the National Housing Federation's sector-wide brand 'iN Business for Neighbourhoods' and its underpinning principles, which are:

- We are in business for neighbourhoods.

- We put energy into creating places where people want to live.

- We invest in a range of services as well as homes.

- We are an independent social business working with local people and partner organisations to deliver results.

These principles continue to be very closely aligned to how we work, and provide a platform on which we base our current and future work. We will continue to build further partnerships and alliances with other housing associations and a range of other agencies, and to expand our activities for the benefit of local neighbourhoods.
