Aim

To enable tenants to establish and/or maintain their tenancy and increase their independent living skills. Tenants are enabled to identify their own needs and set their own goals.

Objectives

Tenants will:

  • have a person centred, outcome focused support plan.

  • develop life skills- e.g. budgeting, healthy eating.

  • learn how to access additional services - e.g. debt advice, education, benefit advice.

  • feel safe and secure at home.

  • be part of the wider community.
