We welcome anybody over the age of 18.
No previous singing experience is necessary — you will not be auditioned, and all parts are taught by ear, so you don’t have to read music. Nor will you ever have to sing solo!
You are welcome to join us! The choir is currently about 60 strong, but we are always looking for new members. You can join at the beginning of any term. It is harder to pick up the songs once the term is well underway, so we take new members during the first couple of weeks of term only. (Please leave your details, so that we can contact you with information about the next term, if you hear of us part the way through).
Where is it held? We meet on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Sage Cross Methodist Church, Melton Mowbray, next to Morrisons.
What does it cost? The first week is free to newcomers. Thereafter it is £4 (£3.50 concessions) per week paid termly in advance. Concessions may pay half-termly.
